   Mortgage Real Estate Services

The first step in the Home Buying process is to get Pre-Approved for a mortgage. Below are 3 steps you must follow in order to receive a mortgage pre-approval letter from High Tech Lending. You will need a browser compatible with PDF files to view, edit, save, e-mail and print PDF files on all major computer platforms.

Step 1: 
Open/Download our Credit Check Authorization form HERE!! 
Enter $28 for one borrower. Payee is High Tech Lending. Include your government ID and social card then scan and upload it below or email it to herndon@MortgageRealEstateServices.com. If more than one borrower, I need them to complete a seperate form and also submit.


Step 2:
Open/Download and complete our Appraisal Authorization from HERE!! Your credit/debit card will NOT be charged until you have placed your home under contract.  Depending on what part of the country you're located the cost will be up to $500. Scan and upload it below or email it to herndon@MortgageRealEstateServices.com.

Step 3:
 
Gather all of the following supporting documents and upload it below or email to herndon@MortgageRealEstateServices.com. If more than one borrower, I need identical information to be sent as well.

  • Government ID & Social Security Card
  • (1) month current pay stubs from each of you. (If applicable: retirement income, social security awards letters)
  • ALL 2017 W2s/1099s 
  • ALL 2015 AND 2016 W2s/1099s 
  • BOTH 2015 AND 2016 Personal Federal Returns – All pages.
  • If filed, 2017 Personal Federal Tax Returns All pages.
  • (2) months Checking, Savings, Investment Accounts, 401K and/or Asset statements from ALL accounts –All pages. 
  • Addresses of all other property you own.
  • Property Insurance Annual Premium statements on all property you own.

If you own a business then I will also need the following:

  • BOTH 2015 AND 2016 Business Federal Returns – All pages
  • Bank Draw downs in lieu of paystubs/1099 or W2s (if applicable)
  • 2015, 2016 and 2017 1099s/W2s

For Refinances for borrowers who own properties:

  • All of the above 
  • Mortgage Statements / All Properties
  • Homeowner Insurance / All Properties
  • HOA Information (if applicable) /All Properties
  • Property Tax Statements/ All Properties
